I’m pleased to introduce a new model, a new
way of looking at IT services. In April 2005, we announced the
release of SkilGroup’s new BestPath™ engagement methodology.
BestPath is a new IT services model, a new way to get the work
done that must get done.
BestPath enables us to better serve our clients
as we help them identify their initiatives, communicate expectations
and find the best path to successful results. This, in turn, drives
better value for the services our clients use.
Our BestPath methodology is extended into four areas
that reflect the common needs of our clients, namely:

and subject matter experts, focused on a “per engagement” basis,
to help achieve project objectives
- Project Assurance – discrete projects managed
and delivered by SkilGroup to client expectations
- Strategic Advisors – experts in IT and
business management engaged on a retainer or “per project” basis
to assist in key enterprise initiatives
- SkilSolutions – bundled, boutique solutions
to common IT department challenges
